In today’s blog post, I am excited to share five exciting things about Mind Body Spirit Release™. Mind Body Spirit Release™ is a wonderful tool for improving emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. It’s suitable for individuals of all ages and backgrounds, and I’m proud to work with clients from around the world. - In our first session together, we will work together to define your goals and create an intention to work from. This intention can be about physical symptoms or emotional wellbeing. We can also write intentions about your career, relationships, or personal goals – the possibilities are endless, and this is one of my favorite things about offering Mind Body Spirit Release™!
- During sessions, I test more than fifteen charts to see what blocks or energetic imprints may be stressing your nervous system in relation to the intention we set together. Examples of charts that I test include limiting beliefs, organs/glands, and meridians. One of my favorite charts is the “emotions” chart, which includes over 950 emotions.
- Mind Body Spirit Release™ uses a cold laser to release negative energy and promote the optimal flow of energy within the body. Cold lasers are approved by the FDA and safe for use on children, adults, and pets. This technology works by transmitting light energy into the body’s cells, which then stimulates the mitochondria. When we use the laser on certain meridians in the body, the body’s stress response is mitigated and the healing process is accelerated. It is equally effective when we work together remotely! - Amanda Mirabella, MBSR™ Instructor, says that “Mind Body Spirit Release™ is not a passive process”, and I completely agree! When working together, it is expected that I will do my best to support you, and then you will continue the work after our session. After each session, I create a short list of action steps for clients to work on before the next session. These action steps are always simple and easy to implement, but they still require commitment from the client to also participate in their healing journey. Regrettably I can’t wave a magic wand and heal clients on my own; collaboration and mutual effort is necessary.
- Mind Body Spirit Release™ works wonderfully with pets! I am even able to work remotely with pets. In the past, when I worked with a pet, the pet often appeared more relaxed and at ease following our sessions. I can work on both physical and emotional health for pets, such as digestive symptoms, grief, anxiety, and depression. My dog, Willa, loves it when I do a MBSR™ clearing for her!
