hi there, it’s nice to meet you!

I’m Lacey, a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, a Mind Body Spirit Release™ Practitioner, and a Usui Reiki Level II Practitioner. It’s my passion to support clients on their journey towards building an authentic and inspired life. I am particularly enthusiastic about empowering clients to balance their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness through energy work. Energy work has changed my life, and I am committed to sharing this opportunity with others.

I am so excited to collaborate with you on becoming your most vibrant and authentic self. No goal is too big (or too small!) for our sessions. Throughout the entire process, you will feel encouraged, educated, and empowered.

Let’s learn more about each other and discuss your goals for our work together.

Initial Session

In our first meeting, we’ll create an intention together and test to see what subconscious blocks may be preventing you from reaching your goals.

rooted in action

Our work together is not a “one and done” process. You’ll leave with simple and actionable steps to work on before your next session. It’s recommended that you commit to at least three sessions for the best results.
